Portfolio coffee is for all home baristas.
If you’re new to the world of specialty coffee, we welcome you to experience how nuanced and flavourful coffee can taste. If you’re a seasoned coffee expert, we invite you to enjoy unpretentious, high-quality coffee.
Specialty coffee is a term used for coffee that has scored over 80 points on a 100 point scale by the SCAA (Speciality Coffee Association of America). Specialty coffees are far superior than regular coffees in the sense that they are grown at higher elevations, are traceable and processed carefully once harvested.
Coffee starts losing its delicious components the moment it is roasted and the longer it sits on shelves, the flatter it will be. Every bag from our coffee store is roasted in Downtown Toronto and stamped with the roast date so you know you're drinking at peak freshness.
Our coffee roasters taste our selection every week through a process called coffee cupping to make sure the coffee quality and roast level is consistent bag after bag. Great coffee means great quality control.

We directly source specialty coffees from renowned farms all over the world and hand roast them fresh in our roastery in Toronto, Canada before delivering them to your door. This farm to cup approach allows us more control over the coffee origin, quality, and consistency, and also empowers coffee farmers and cooperatives.
"Some of the freshest and tastiest coffee I have had in a while. The flavours are exquisite. The quality of the beans is out of this world."
I'm never going back to burnt and bitter coffee. Now that I brew Portfolio my place is the coffee shop my friends want to visit.
Seriously the BEST coffee you can purchase for home brewed coffee. I also picked some of the loose leaf teas and they were so lovely.
