Coffee and tea orders

Coffee and tea orders are not eligible for returns due to quality control reasons. If you're unhappy with your coffee or tea order please reach out to us and we'll be happy to listen to you and learn how we can make your experience better.

Accessories

Accessories are final sale, but some pieces are eligible for a limited manufacturer warranty in case of defect. Before sending it back to us please email us at contact@portfoliocoffee.store with your order number and we will reply with instructions for the return. Please let us know of any return as soon as possible so we can contact the manufacturer for repair or exchange.
