This coffee uses the Swiss water decaffeination process, which is an innovative, environmentally friendly, 100% chemical-free way of removing caffeine from coffee beans while preserving the best of its taste.
It uses water from the coast mountains of British Columbia to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavour characteristics.
